BBlazing Stream

Support

Five things go wrong. Here they are, and what each one really means.

"Could not reach the fleet"

Almost never the network. It means the app asked the server for something the server does not answer — usually because the app on that screen is an old build. Install the current build first, then look at the Wi-Fi.

The television says it is waiting for approval

That is working as designed. Every new screen registers itself and then waits. Approve it once on the fleet dashboard and it never asks again. This is the thing that stops a stranger who finds the app from using your account.

A row is empty

Rows are fetched live and are never stored empty, so a blank row means that one source is having a bad minute. It comes back on its own. If a row is empty for more than an hour, tell us which row — that is a real fault and we can see it from here.

No streams for a title

Streams come from your debrid account, not from us. Check that:

  • the account has not expired,
  • the API key in the app is the current one,
  • and the title actually exists on the services you pay for.

Blazing shows every source it found, sorted, with size and seeders. If the list is empty, nothing had it.

The picture does not fill the screen

Fixed in the current Apple TV build. If you still see a black border, you are on an older build — reinstall from Downloads.

I forgot the profile PIN

The PIN allows five tries every fifteen minutes and there is no way around it from the television. It is reset from the fleet dashboard by whoever owns the account.

Still stuck

Tell us three things and it is usually solved in one message: which screen (Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, Samsung, web), what you pressed, and what appeared. Every app reports its own faults back to the fleet, so a timestamp is often enough for us to find it.
