What the apps send

Each screen sends small events to our own server so we can tell a real fault from a quiet evening:

• which screen you are on (home, details, player),
• a play started, made progress, ended, or failed,
• the title id and the quality you chose,
• errors, with a code,
• the device id, the app version and the platform.

What the apps deliberately never send

This is enforced in the code on every platform, not by policy:

• No stream addresses. The link your film plays from never leaves the device.
• No debrid keys or tokens.
• No profile PINs.
• No profile names — profiles are ids in the record, never names.
• No request headers and no search text.

Anything not on the allowed list is dropped before the event is queued.

Where it goes

To our own database, on our own infrastructure. It is not sold, not shared and not handed to an advertising network. There are no third-party analytics or trackers in the apps or on this site.

Your debrid account

Your debrid key is stored on your device and on your own fleet record so the televisions can fetch streams without you typing it into a remote five times. It is used for nothing else.

Devices

A screen has to be approved once before it works. That record holds a device id, a token and a friendly name you chose. Remove a device from the fleet dashboard and its record and its history go with it.

Ask for it, or ask us to delete it

It is your fleet. Ask and you get every row we hold for a device, or it is deleted. There is no retention argument to have.
